Answer: Yes, and we can supply you via email or fax our proof of insurance. We carry a $1,000.000 general liability policy and service bond.
Question: Do you perform criminal background checks on all of your employees?
Answer: Yes, we can provide you with any of our procedure details and all employees are drug tested and criminally screened prior to employment. Our hiring process is quite extensive and every employee is thoroughly screened and evaluated before and during employment.
Question: What happens if something breaks?
Answer: In most cases, insurance will cover accidents in your home. If you need to know our coverage, we can supply you with our insurance coverage and claim process.
Question: How do you keep my key safe?
Answer: All keys are stored in a lock-box where spare key never leaves your home. We supply the lock box for you.
Question: How do you keep my credit card information safe?
Answer: All credit card information is stored in a secure area. We process all credit cards through a standard secure and encrypted ACH service.
Question: Do you have a service guarantee?
Answer: Yes, we ensure that all areas will be cleaned to your satisfaction or we will re-clean the area free of charge...We put stringent precautions in place to prevent this from happening but in the rare occasion it happens, call us in 24 hours from the time of the cleaning and we will re-clean the problem area.
